The Ritz, acquired with the support of urban real estate developer Jim Rouse, is one of Jubilee’s founding properties alongside The Mozart. As part of the 2026 AdMo Project, the building will undergo renovations in the coming months.
The property is home to Jubilee’s main offices and the Rouse Room, a multipurpose community space that serves residents and neighborhood partners.
