Our Impact

Resident Services

For more than five decades, Jubilee Housing has been creating sustainable housing and fostering diverse, inclusive communities for D.C.'s most underserved populations. In 2024, we served 622 unique individuals and hosted over 80 events. This year we are exceeding those numbers and expanding how we connect residents to resources that advance housing stability, financial security, health, and community connection.

Stories of Transformation

Future Vision

We are renovating six buildings in Adams Morgan, including the preservation of four historic properties—The Mozart, The Ritz, The Sorrento, and The Euclid. Improvements include modernized HVAC and elevator systems, roof and exterior upgrades, solar installations on select buildings, expanded youth services space, and enhanced ADA accessibility.

In early 2027, Jubilee Farms will open as an innovative rooftop and basement farm, providing workforce training and fresh produce for residents and the broader community.

These are two of our upcoming projects. More are on the way and will provide a model for what's possible when opportunity and resources are shared by all.

Be Part of Building Justice Housing

From financial support to hands-on involvement, there are many ways to help Jubilee Housing create equitable communities where residents can thrive.
