Acquired with the support of Jim Rouse, The Mozart is one of Jubilee Housing’s first two properties and a key part of the 2026 AdMo Project, which will restore and preserve six Jubilee buildings.
Located on the same block as H.D. Cooke Elementary School—a Title 1 school attended by many Jubilee Youth Services participants—The Mozart also serves as the home of Jubilee’s Activity Zone, an out-of-school-time program for 4th–6th grade students.
