Park Marconi

The Park Marconi building was acquired by Jubilee Housing alongside the Sarbin and Richman Towers as part of the TOPA 3 project in 2022. When it was put up for sale, tenants exercised their rights under DC’s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA), assigning their right to purchase to Jubilee for redevelopment into deeply affordable housing.

Located in a resource-rich area on 16th Street, the historically designated art deco building neighbors the Mount Pleasant library, the Powell Recreation Center, and a small federal park.
