1724 Kalorama

1724 Kalorama was built in 1923 and was known as the TransCentury Building—an office and commercial building.

This space has been transformed to offer 25 units of deeply affordable housing including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes. The building will include family sized units, Jubilee offices and a resident hub on the penthouse level.

Also, a new commercial condominium on the base level will be owned and operated by Sitar Arts Center, called Sitar Next Door.
