Jilian Johnson is the Chief Administrative Officer at Jubilee Housing Inc., a role she assumed in 2025 after serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration beginning in 2021. She oversees human resources, information technology, and administrative operations, supporting organizational strategy, staffing, and infrastructure to enable continued growth and expansion.

Johnson leads all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management systems. She partners with senior leadership to build staffing capacity, strengthen organizational systems, and advance a positive, mission-driven workplace culture aligned with Jubilee Housing’s commitment to justice housing.

Prior to Jubilee Housing, Johnson spent over ten years at American Girl, Inc., where she served as a key HR leader supporting multi-site operations and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while strengthening employee engagement and workplace culture.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Business Administration from Trinity Washington University and has served on the board of Literacy Volunteers and Advocates.
