A native Brooklyn, New Yorker of Haitian descent, Kathy has been part of the Jubilee Housing team since August of 2000. Kathy came to Jubilee Housing after graduating from Howard University and outside of speaking out and against social injustice(s), Kathy enjoys reading, watching television (PBS), shopping, and spending time with loved ones.
