Molly comes to us from Omaha, Nebraska. After receiving her Master’s degree in Political Science, Molly went to work for the Mayor’s office in Omaha. There, she investigated a host of after-school programs to understand best practices—what worked and what didn’t. She says, “I learned that non-profits are at once centers of compassion and selflessness in the name of those in need and highly complex organizations that require a great deal of skill to manage. I learned that they are integral threads in the social fabric of many places, and that an organization’s importance to an area is often inversely related to the quality of life in that area.” Inspired by this project, Molly became the Youth Services Coordinator at a local non-profit in Omaha.
Molly has recently made the move to Washington, D.C., and now joins us as manager of Jubilee Youth Services. She is looking forward to getting to know all the members of the Jubilee community. In her free time, Molly enjoys reading, spending time with her friends and family. Ask her about her huge cat, “Kitty.”
