 Joy joined the Resident Services Department at Jubilee Housing in 2006 after having returned from Buenos Aires, Argentina. During her time in Argentina, she focused on the international marketing and development efforts while working for Pronto Wash International. Originally from New Jersey, Joy has lived in Washington DC for several years since attending the George Washington University, where she studied on Organizational Development and Marketing. At Jubilee Housing, Joy supports the resident community to create and managing new programming for emerging Resident Services programs. In addition, she provides case-management and interpretation to Spanish-speaking residents.
