In addition to being a Jubilee Housing resident, Charletta has been part of the Jubilee Housing team for over 13 years. Her greatest joy in life is her son, Jabriel, a graduate of American University who is currently teaching English in Japan. Jabriel plans to come back to the United States to study law. When asked what her favorite past time activities are she responds that she enjoys cooking, watching television, shoppping, doing her hair, and going to SAFEWAY.
