The Mozart is a five-story single structure with a basement, built in 1926.The newly renovated 24,804 square foot building  contains 18 one-bedroom, 5 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom apartments. Rental units are contained on five floors. The renovated building contains a laundry as well as office and community space on the basement level.
