The Fuller is a three-story single structure with basement, built in 1916. The 11,685 square foot building contains 12 two bedroom apartments. Rental units are contained on all three floors. The renovated basement of the building contains office and community space in addition to a laundry. The units are all individually metered for electricity with central gas hot water heat. Electric heat pumps are used with air conditioning available in all units. The building does not have an elevator.

Fuller Court is one of the buildings that hosts Jubilee Youth Services. Renovations have allowed for expanded computer labs and more activity space.
