The Euclid is an historic, six-story single, elevator structure, with basement, built in 1920. The building is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The basement area of the Euclid will be renovated to house several efficiency apartments as well as a program/ community space and laundry room for the building. In addition, the fifth and sixth floor apartments will be utilized by Kairos Program participants who will qualify under the tax credit program. The remaining floors will be renovated to provide for rental units. The building does have an elevator which will be renovated during the construction process to provide for handicap access in the building. The new unit mix after renovation will be 22 efficiencies, 16 one bedroom, 4 two bedroom and 5 three-bedroom units for a total of 47 apartment units. There will be handicap accessible apartments available in the Euclid.
Post Renovation Amenities The Euclid will be hosting members of Christ House's Kairos Program after the renovation.
